Working with Homeowners

This is usually a face-to-face meeting either at our offices or on site where we can discuss the broad scope of the work you'd like us to complete for you. We can guide you through things which might be required, such as planning permission, structural drawings, Cornwall Council Building Control Notices, etc. We can work as closely with you as you'd like, using our experience to take the pressure off you.

We take the time at the start of every project to properly understand what you the client want to achieve and our specification and quotes ensure that you are fully aware of all works and costs included in the project.

Once we've been instructed to carry out the works, we will begin. Throughout the building process we have regular meetings with our clients, either on-site or at our offices, to ensure you are fully up to date on progress. Where decisions need to be made, such as selecting your finishes, we pride ourselves on being able to offer physical samples of most of our materials, which our clients find offers much more than just looking through catalogues.

This stage varies from project to project but on completion of all agreed works, we will have an on-site meeting to ensure that you are completely happy. We will guide you through warranties, guarantees, Cornwall Council Building Control approvals, etc. We are always available for any follow-up queries you might have.
